WHERE DOES PEACE COME FROM ?

DEAR BALARISHI ,
People are in search of peace. Actually, where does this peace comes from?

 

Many people have felt comfortable when they are at peace. This is because, if you are at peace, you are surrounded by a divine aura of love. Many people think comforts of life is peace and they assume that if comfort comes, peace will follow.

 

But peace is something which you can't attain.

It is something which has to happen. The feel of peace cannot come through outside comforts. All the comforts can  give you  some relaxation on a temporary basis. Peace is a deeper feeling. When you are tuned with your mind and body, you are really at peace .

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The more you are connected to your inner self and relate yourself

with  nature, your peace becomes more subtle. There you sense the aura of love. This Love is something which you don't seek but is already present in you .When you exclude love from conditions , dependency and jealousy, this love is bound to happen to anyone and everyone. Many people think possessiveness is love. But it is an outcome of insecurity.

 

Love is not just a feeling but it is an inner energy. If that energy has to happen, certain situations are needed. As you keep your home clean, the energy of love would remain in you if you maintain harmony with the mind and life .When mind is agitated, insecure or selfish, it would never allow  positive thoughts to process easily .Though its possible, it will take much time.

 

See, if you are being good is not just good for others. If you are good its good for you . Similarly if you need happiness consistently you need to be in peace. To attain this start working on your life and choose to lead a good life. Be aware of your thought process .

 

Observe what all you think  and understand .You will realize where you are and slowly work on where you want to be. Initially you can experiment with love which  will lead to experiencing love. For instance,  by just helping without pride and expectation, forgiving someone with full heart , start sharing good feelings with the one  whom you had hate are all the experiments. By seeing the comfort and discomfort at such times, you will know where all you need to work.

If you are disturbed with all external influence then your happiness is conditioned. So the layers of all conditions will always trouble your mind.

 

The Love and peace is the seed which grows when your mind is fertile enough.

சுவாசம்

 (பாலரிஷி எழுதிய ஆங்கிலக் கவிதையின் தமிழாக்கம்)

சுவாசம்... மனதுக்கும் விழிப்புணர்வுக்கும் பாலம் அமைக்கிறது
சுவாசம்... பாதையை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது..மனதிலும் எண்ணங்களிலும்
இருக்கும் மடிப்புகளை சீராக்குகிறது.

 

சுவாசம்.. சுட்டெரியும் ஆசையை சுட்டெரிக்கிறது,

உள்ளிருக்கும் சாரத்தைக் கண்டறியும் பொருட்டு கடைகிறது

 

சுவாசத்தின் சுவாசமே உண்மையும் ஞானமும்
சுவாசத்தின் சுவாசம் சிலருக்கோ ஒருமை
விழிப்புணர்வுள்ள சுவாசமே விடை.! அதுவே திறவுகோல்!
விழிப்புணர்வுள்ள சுவாசமே நாடகத்தை அர்த்தப்படுத்துகிறது.

சுவாசத்தின் சுவாசமே ஆனந்தத்தின் பாதை
பிராணசக்தியின் சுவாசமே தாண்டவ தாளம்

உதயமாகையில் ...ஓங்கியெழுகையில்..
அதுவே உள்நிலை ஆனந்தத்தின் உயிர்சுவாசம்

The breath bridges the mind with awareness .
The breath unfolds the path .. unfolds the folds  of mind and thoughts .
The breath burns the burning desire ; churns to discover the inner essence .
The breath of breath is that truth and knowledge .
The breath of breath is ONENESS for few

The breath with awareness is the answer ; is the key .

The breath with awareness makes the drama meaningful
The breath of breath is the fire of knowledge
The breath of breath is the path of bliss.
The breath of the life force (prana) is the dancingbeat.
The dancing beats .. the dancing beats
Rising .. raising…
O.. The breath of inner bliss .

GURU BHAKTHI

Dear Balarishi,

Guru bhakthi is considered to be a very important aspect for a seeker. Can you elaborate on this ?

 

In any given point of time many people would have thought you certain things and would have guided you on certain issues. They are your teachers or guides and they deserve your respects and regards every time. But a Guru is someone above all these. The very word GURU means the one who eradicates ignorance and provides the light of knowledge. Inwardly you have so many search and questions. Once you meet your Guru, you will realize that your Guru is the one who is going to answer all your questions and will be guiding you in the path you are supposed to walk.   

 

 

The blessings of a Guru is so auspicious that it can relieve you from so many hurdles in life. This can be realized by seeing the difference between the lives of those who have a Guru and those who don't have a Guru. The life of those without a Guru will be dependent on so many aspects. For instance they will need the guidance of astrology. They will be totally controlled by karmic structure. It is not so with those who have a Guru. The grace of the Guru will help you out from above said entanglements. Similarly, ego level is the one which isolates you from your Guru. In the presence of your Guru you will see your ego level dropping and you will be comfortable with it. It is the place where you willfully let go your ego and in turn enjoy tremendous clarity and peace.

When you become an instrument for your Guru`s thoughts and mission you can know that you have been showered with the anugraha of your Guru. The shraddha and commitment you have in taking them further will make you a complete instrument in your Guru`s hand. The tremendous transformation which descends in your inner level is the greatest bliss you get through Guru bhakthi.

ஆத்ம சாதகருக்கு குருபக்தி மிகவும் இன்றியமையாதது என்கிறார்கள். இதுகுறித்து தாங்கள் விவரிக்க முடியுமா?

வாழ்வின் வெவ்வேறு நிலைகளில் பலரும் உங்களுக்கு எத்தனையோ விஷயங்களைக் கற்றுக் கொடுத்திருப்பார்கள். முக்கியமான நிலைகளில் வழிகாட்டியிருப்பார்கள். இவர்கள் உங்கள் ஆசிரியர்கள், வழிகாட்டிகள். எப்போதும் உங்கள் மதிப்புக்கும் நன்றிக்கும் உரியவர்கள். ஆனால் இந்த நிலைகளையும் கடந்தவர் குரு. குரு என்ற சொல்லுக்கே அறியாமை இருளைப் போக்கி ஞான வெளிச்சத்தைத் தருபவர் என்றுதான் பொருள். உங்களுக்கு உள்நிலையில் எவ்வளவோ கேள்விகளும் தேடல்களும் இருக்கலாம். ஆனால் முதன்முதலாக உங்கள் குருவை சந்தித்த மாத்திரத்தில் உங்கள் எல்லாக் கேள்விகளுக்கும் தேடல்களுக்கும் பதிலளிக்கப் போகிறவர் அவர்தான் என்பது புலப்படும். உங்களுக்குரிய பாதை எதுவோ அதில் உங்களை வழிநடத்தப் போகிறவரும் அவரே.

குருவின் அருள் மிகவும் மங்கலகரமானது.ஏனெனில் உங்கள் வாழ்வில் ஏற்படும் எத்தனையோ தடைகளை அது நீக்கவல்லது. இதனை நுட்பமாக உணர வேண்டுமானால் வாழ்வில் தங்களுக்கென்று ஒரு குரு அமையப் பெறாதவர்களுடன் ஒப்பிட்டுப் பார்த்தாலே புரியும். ஒரு குரு வாய்க்கப் பெறாதவர்கள், எத்தனையோ விஷயங்களை சார்ந்திருக்க வேண்டியிருக்கிறது. உதாரணமாக அவர்களுக்கு ஜோதிடத்தின் உதவி தேவைப்படுகிறது. கர்மவினையால் முற்றிலும் வழிநடத்தப்படுகிறார்கள். ஆனால் குருவின் அருள் உங்களை இந்தத் தடைகளிலிருந்தும் தளைகளிலிருந்தும் விடுவிக்கும். அதேபோல ஒருவரை அவருடைய குருவை அண்டவிடாமல் பிரித்து வைத்திருப்பது அவருடைய அகங்காரம்தான். குருவின் முன்னிலையில் உங்கள் அகங்காரம் உடைவதையும் அப்படி உடைவதை நீங்கள் விரும்புவதையும் உணர்வீர்கள். மற்ற இடங்களில் அகங்காரம் சிறிது காயப்பட்டாலும் உங்களால்  பொறுக்க முடியாது. ஆனால் உங்கள் குருவின் முன்னிலையில் நீங்கள் தாமாக முன்வந்து அகங்காரத்தை விட்டுத்தந்து அதன்விளைவாக நிகரற்ற அமைதியையும் தெளிவையும் பெறுவீர்கள்.

எப்போது நீங்கள் உங்கள் குருவின் எண்ணங்களுக்கும் சங்கல்பங்களுக்கும் கருவியாகிறீர்களோ,அப்போது உங்களுக்கு குருவின் அனுக்ரஹம் முழுமையாகக் கிட்டியிருப்பதாகப் பொருள். முழுமையான சிரத்தையோடும்

உறுதியோடும் அவற்றை நீங்கள் மேலெடுத்துச் செல்லும்போது, குருவின் கரங்களில் உங்களை முழுமையான கருவியாக ஒப்புவிக்கிறீர்கள். உள்நிலையில் ஏற்படும் மகத்தான நிலைமாற்றத்தால் உங்களுக்குள் மலரும்

குருவாரம் குருவார்த்தை-36

உத்தர்காண்ட்டில் ஏற்பட்ட உயிர்சேதம் உலகையே உலுக்கியிருக்கிறது. இறைநம்பிக்கையுடன் சென்றவர்களுக்கு இந்தகதி ஏன்என்கிற கேள்வி பலருக்கும் எழுகிறது. இதுகுறித்து தங்கள் கருத்து என்ன?

இமயமலை கேதார்நாத் போன்ற இடங்களுக்கான புனித யாத்திரைகள் முன்பெல்லாம் தீவிரமான ஆன்மீகத் தேடல்கொண்ட மிகச்சிலரால் பாதயாத்திரையாக மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். இப்போது சாலை வசதிகள், கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள் மூலம் இத்தகைய புனிதத் தலங்கள், சுற்றுலாத் தலங்களாகிவிட்டன.

உத்தர்காண்ட் சம்பவம் இருவேறு கோணங்களில் பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. ஒன்று இயற்கை சார்ந்த பார்வை.இன்னொன்று,தெய்வீகம் சார்ந்த   பார்வை. இயற்கையை    மாசுபடுத்திவிட்டு,    இயற்கையின்    இருப்பை அலட்சியப்படுத்திவிட்டு எல்லாம் நம் தேடல்போல் நடக்கும்  என்று கருதுவதில் நம்மை நாமே ஏமாற்றிக் கொள்வோம் என்பதற்கு உத்தர்காண்ட் ஒரு சாட்சி.

இறை நம்பிக்கையுடன் சென்றவர்கள் இறந்துவிட்டார்களே,அவர்கள்மேல்
இறைவனுக்குக் கருணையில்லையா என்று கேட்பவர்கள் ஒருபுறம். அந்தத் தேதியில் அங்கே இருப்பதாக திட்டம்.பயணம் ரத்தாகிவிட்டது.கடவுளுக்கு என்மேல் கருணை அதிகம் என்பவர்கள் மறுபுறம்.இரண்டிலுமே உண்மை இல்லை.நடந்ததொரு விபத்து. அங்கே இறந்தவர்களின் உயிர்நிலை அவர்களின் பிறவி சுழற்சி போன்றவற்றில் கடவுள் நிச்சயம் கருணை காட்டுவார். அதற்காக விபத்திலிருந்து தப்பித்தவர்கள்மேல் மட்டும்தான் கடவுளுக்கு கூடுதல் கருணை என்று நினைப்பது அபத்தம்.

 

பிரளயம் எழுந்தது,உலகின் பெரும்பகுதி அழிந்தது என்றெல்லாம் புராணங்களில் சொல்லப்படுவதில் உண்மை இருக்கிறது என்பதை இந்த சம்பவம் காட்டுகிறது.

இயற்கையை அலட்சியப்படுத்தி அழிவுகளை நிகழ்த்துகிற மனிதன் இயற்கை பதிலுக்கு சின்னதாய் சீறினால் கூட தாங்கிக் கொள்ளத் தகுதியற்றவன். எந்தநேரமும் நிலச்சரிவுகளுக்கான சாத்தியக்கூறுகள் கொண்ட கன்னிநிலப் பகுதிகளை இன்னும் எச்சரிக்கையாகக் கையாண்டு இயற்கைக்கு  உரிய  மரியாதையை மனிதர்கள் தரவேண்டும் என்பதே உத்தர்காண்ட் நமக்கு உணர்த்தும் பாடம்.
