Look Inward

One thing which is puzzling about many people is,they carry fears about past,present and future.Certain things which happened in the past is also troubling them.Certain things happening now is also troubling them.Their projections about future is also troubling them.Lack of clarity is the main reason for these disturbances.Once you are aware that you are trapped in such troubles you should immediately come out of it.

Otherwise you will become clueless even in things you regularly do.A kind of turbulence interrupts you in your daily routine.if you are starting something new and getting confused  it is something which we can understand.But if your regular business gets disturbed and distracted,then it is obvious that it comes from you.

The only way to come out from this disturbance is,closing your external eyes and opening your internal eye.This is where you realize the importance of spirituality even to win in materialistic life.Because,when you close your eyes and look inwards you transcend from the life style where you blindly did certain things even without being aware of it.This vision came because you closed your eyes.This exactly how great saints and seers closed their eyes in meditation and came out with solutions for the hindrances of humanity.

For instance,in ancient days,when certain diseases started spreading,saints and siddhas came out with solutions through their intuition.I am not talking just about the medicines they provided.They gave so many solutions including a total change in the lifestyle of people.Now scientists and doctors are acknowledging those solutions.

Just because certain so called individuals who are obsessed with the argumentative quality of mind, cannot grasp the power of mind,it doesn't mean that certain facts do not exist.Our ancient puranas define the planets in so many ways.They talk of a planet which is in red color,and they say  there are storms happening there and rainfall happens there.Now scientists are carrying out research to find if any living beings exist mars.

If science had not accepted this fact the puranas would be seen as mere imagination.Wherever Spirituality goes,science is bound to follow its path.So if you need any solutions,you search for them in spirituality.If you are going to wait for science to come and endorse whatever spirituality has said well in advance,it is your choice.But you must know that spirituality will not wait for your arrival.
