I always think that I should not worry but my mind always gets in to some kind of worry. Why is this so ?
Mind is something which always try to work lethargic if not trained ourself with
of disciplines and rules of discipline is nothing but warming up our body and mind . Learning needs concentration or attention, regular practice is the discipline and then it becomes habit .
Later these angry , worrying etc will be identified as a part of your individuality as you would have had these quality and a habit of these expressions for years .

learnt negative aspects too .
Many times mind love to work
mechanically and try avoiding attentiveness as it is something like preliminary
meditation. So people love to stick to their habits
like a coffee to their
regular thought process .
Now , The thought process is mostly
like a coffee habit . If a negative thought process is influenced in you slowly
it too become your habit .
Habits needs no attention. So lot
of negative aspects in us stay happily as it became our habit and no awareness
from us ,.
For instance - Getting angry is a reaction
that we have designed for unwanted situation and the programming is done
in your mind accordingly, you start believing that when you see any
unliking situation then you are suppose to become angry .
These habit later doesn't need your
awareness; these angry plays role and you would be comfortable getting angry than
being comfortable with harmony .
So this is how a negative thought
process settles in our mind .
For few worrying is their habit
as they would have done that for years and years and so they will be more
comfortable with a dull face and if the worry wents off so many I have seen the
vaccum is intolerable for them, so the try to stick with someother worry .
Later these angry , worrying etc will be identified as a part of your individuality as you would have had these quality and a habit of these expressions for years .
Now , when you again and again
think of negativity, your mind will adapt it and unknowingly you would start
rotating with these ideas and also through negative minded people you would get
unknowingly get influenced .
First identify certain things in you
which troubles your peace, Educate yourself .
Change your regular reaction and try
a new application.
Instead of angry - acceptance or being in other shoes and
looking in to the situation.
Instead of worrying - engage
yourself with activity
Like these identify the obstacles in
you which trouble your peace .
And any good change in your life
style is not a one day analyzation . Only it would be successful if you
find an application and solution .
