ARE YOU IN CROSSROAD ?

Dear BALARISHI,

Even in day to day life, people struggle in taking crucial decisions. However hard they think, they fail to take right decisions. Why is this?

Decisions fall in place in accordance to what you search. You can classify your search as search for essential aspects and search for subtler aspects. When your search is more on the aspects which you think to be essential for your life, due to the nature of those needs the thought process can become heavy and your search, as well as the decisions you make might become very narrow. At such situations your intuition will tell one thing. But your mind will decide some other thing.

If your intuition suggests one thing but you decide something else, what does it really mean? You are in need of a powerful instrument which can synchronize your intuition and your mind. That instrument should also be a live and active instrument. Yoga, meditation, prayer are all such instruments. If painting a picture connects you well with your inner
Self that too can be a powerful instrument.

Prayer itself is a wonderful art form. Many think asking for certain things to fulfill their desires is alone the prayer. That may be a part of prayer. But broadly speaking, prayer is a beautiful language between God and human. It is beyond all languages because the communication is as subtle as the one between an infant and its mother. It manifests as the result of right assumption and true compassion.

Though you stay firm in the decisions you make, they can always have a scope for fine tuning or some alterations if needed. Standing in cross roads is always interesting. At such situations if you can connect your mind with your inner self it will create real magic!!
